Introduction

Our wine distillate is made from the secret blend of grape varieties, fermented with wild yeasts that create the wine. Distillations are done in a alembic copper still, and the distillate is stored in oak barrel afterwards. This wine distillate is not a blend, every bottle comes from a single barrel, providing a rich and unique taste of wine distillate.
